HEARTSONG STUDIOS - MEET THE ARTIST

Louise comes from a family of extremely creative and supportive individuals. She is a former NYC Model, Actress and Display Artist, as well as a Classically Trained Pianist.

She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry as well as a Paralegal Certificate from the School of Professional Studies at New York University.

In November of 2001 she attended the One Stroke Certification program held in Orlando, Florida where she learned the One Stroke method from the originator,
Donna Dewberry. After completing her certification boards, Louise earned the designation One Stroke Certified Instructor (OSCI).

Always challenging herself to rise to the next level, Louise immediately signed up for Donna's Wall and Furniture Certification Program. In January of 2002 she was awarded the Donna Dewberry Wall & Furniture Specialist (DDWFS) designation. Since that time Louise has participated in two One Stroke Continuing Education Seminars giving her the opportunity to stay current with the latest trends.

She has also painted with nationally known teachers, including Priscilla Hauser, Donna Lee Parella and Laurie Spelz.

Louise has started her Decorative Painting business, Heartsong Studio Designs as well as become a member of the National Society of Decorative Painters.

She has provided the background art for several websites and has been listed on the Orange County Florida Artist's Registry.

She resides in Florida with her High School sweetheart and best friend, David and their two cats, Stassi and Trouble.
